VietNam Romance will remove a person's profile under one of the following conditions:

1- Requested by postal mail directly from that person from VietNam.
2- Requested by email or postal mail from the sponsor (the one who posted the profile for his/her friend or relative)

We are sorry that we can not remove the profile of any lady from our website if you are not that lady or her sponsor.

If you think she wants to remove her profile, you can give her our mailing address:

and...

tell her to write a letter with her own hand writing and signature,
which is postmarked by the post office where she lives in VN.

Her profile will be removed promtly after we receive this letter from her.
*** In the past, VN Romace has removed a few profiles as requested by email. However, we received letters from VN which stated that the lady did not want her profile removed yet.
